Light salmon with delicate pink hue; very fine mousse. Fresh cherry, wild red berry compote, undertones of tobacco and floral scents. Juicy and complex, fresh strawberry fruit, finesse, richly structured, very well-balanced and mineral, trace of caramel on the finish, salted cherry tones on the back palate, good length. A great food wine. 97 points
