I know this gin is ridiculously expensive, but there is a bit of a story behind it!! Made by MW William Lowe the gins are distilled under a vacuum and the much lower distillation temperatures allow them to work with a wider range of botanicals and to retain the flavours better. Created using a “novo-dimensional” distillation matrix that treats each botanical individually to preserve its delicate essence. Expert use of lemon balm, hawthorn blossom, and nettles.This 2019 Spring/Summer is no longer available, apart from in the Anthology 6 pack on their site for £1500, so this is a rare opportunity to get hold of some.
