  BYO Stock tema Nord-Rhône; 9/9/2024-9/10/2024: Tydelig eikepreg, sreiif av einer og furu, innslag av tobakk. Stram, rik og noe utviklet med mørkt bærpreg, jordlige toner og tobakk på utpust. Lugger godt i ganen med heftig tanningrep, og føles litt ubalansert. Og kommer naturlig nok litt i skyggen av 2 x Clape og 2 x Allemand!

  Awesome stuff with black licorice, tar; a bit more dark and black earth tones and slightly more restrained if not more structured than the ‘d03 Clape. Good tannins, med. body, excellent with the steak. Tasting with ’03 Clape Cornas; ’10 Delas Hermitage; ’15 Gonot St. Joseph; ’15 Jamet Cote Rotie (as well as killer whites and CdP’s). EWG Mike and Anne’s Rhone dinner.

  no rush to drink this superb Hermitage. It has still a significant improvement potential
