Apart from the damage to the label as shown in the photo, this bottle from the noted Taylors 83 vintage is in very good condition with good seals and no leaking at all.
FTLOP 18th Anniversary; 11/17/2023-11/19/2023 (Seattle, Washington): Classic older Taylor Vintage Port hue with a dark ruby center transitioning to pink edges. Initially subtle, I coaxed out notes of chocolate and subtle mint on the nose. The palate delivers a rich, intense, and complex flavor profile featuring chocolate, cinnamon, and baking spices, ending in a wonderful, long finish.

Spicy, mature nose. Red fruit and mineral. Flowers and airy. Very, very elegant, but perhaps a bit too tender.
Medium-fullish, mature palate. Spicy, elegant and balanced. Fresh and nutty. Long finish.
Ready to drink, and the elegant style would makes me think this will not benefit from further cellaring.
