Good fill, and the cork came out in great shape.
Pale Ruby
On the nose beef blood and dried strawberries, iron.
Still decent fruit and sweetness. Drank well and held up for over an hour. Firm bead of acidity without sourness. Pretty amazing bottle for my 54th birthday dinner!
