last bottle. high shoulder. Cork challenging to extract. Risked decanting , and worthwhile, as no harm done. Brick red /browning rim. Classic left bank flavour profile, savoury leather /cedar , and delicate fruit, showing what a great vintage 82 was. ethereal , tannins powdery , still nuances of sweet fruit, which were exposed after initially a little shy. Super wine

Ruby with minimal bricking on the edge, nose of blackberry, cherry, pencil lead, cedar, great fruit in the mouth, long lingering finish ($7.99 price tag, bought on release), have more in the cellar, but drinking nicely right now

Initially lots of funk and caramel with fruit in the background, after 30 minutes funk was gone with good core of currants and cedar, surprising evolution
