Description

2015 Vintage Tasted: Nov 2017
(80% Syrah, 20% Grenache, aged in barriques): Strong ruby, almost black at the core. Very nice nose, deep and noble, the wood is perceptible but it does not seem artificial, dark fruity, spicy, smoky, complex. Firm attack, strong fruit, the tannins are distinctive, give a lot of structure, the wood is also very nicely integrated on the palate, the acidity is not too deep, no alcohol overhang, aromas of blackberries, ripe raspberries and blueberries, a fruit concentrate without any heaviness. If you like the south of France, you should definitely keep your nose in here. It’s already fun, has enormously good reserves, top value! 2017-2032, 18.5 APRs (93/100)
