Quietly nestled deep in the champagne region amongst the rolling hills of the Cȏte des Blancs, Avize, you’ll find the home and birthplace of Chalice with it’s stunning boutique house and vineyards. Our champagnes are handcrafted from the best parcels of vines in the area, and we put great focus on both modern and traditional craftsmanship in our work.
Our Brut Grand Cru takes six to eight years to mature, while our Vintage Cuvée takes a minimum of eight years before it leaves our cellars. We know that good things come to those who wait. At Chalice, we take the time.
