  Great acidity and salinity. Great nose with a touch of delicious funk. Great food wine, no flab, no nonsense just delicious Chablis. Lovely wine.

  6 of us enjoyed a fav old haunt, Tilia in south Minneapolis’s quaint Lynden Hills neighborhood tonight. CV,DM,LI,JG, SS & MA. James excellent btl! Last time I had this vintage was in 2020 so great to check in on it tonight! Made for a wonderful flight with Siggy’s 14 Dauvissat Vallions! For me tonight I give the edge to the Fevre. The Dauvissat still shows some toasty oak while the fruit, mineral & salinity beamed on this Fevre Preuses!

  So fresh, with sea air, light lemon and light stone fruit on the nose. Nice depth on the palate with a long and lingering saline finish. Great acid. Drinking beautifully, this seemed to have the extra gear I was looking for in the first bottle.
