Blind. Bronze. A dusty element to the nose. Old wine, heading towards a serial bual blend on the nose. There’s a lot of sugar here, caramel, brown sugar, some toffee. Some spearmint too. 71 or 76 minor variety BA? Close enough. Difficult one as although interesting it’s passed into the old wine category rather than the vital and complex one. Lots of interest though, and it’s smooth and harmonious. Nicely bright and clear too. ***1/2
