Hasn’t evolved much in the past 2 years but still a great Chablis.
This monopole has a totally singular character, immense salinity with a more tropical character to the fruit, feels a bit weighty in the mouth and more substantial than you expect. Great acidity as you’d expect.
If you want run of the mill Chablis this isn’t it, but while perhaps a bit natty it is delicious and fascinatingly unique.
