Rose petals, lavender, wild violet in a wine with a floral and sensual imprint. Medium body, velvety tannins and a broad, horizontal finish. Great drinkability right away. Better from 2020 to 2027.
2015 Vintage Tasted: Aug 2019
Aromas of ripe strawberries with plums, tar and orange peel follow through to a full body, chewy tannins and an intense and flavorful finish. Shows drive and focus. Better after 2021.

Christmas Eve dinner with M, H and the girls. A great memory of our trip to the Piedmont together. A Nebbiolo that only hundreds of years of Italian winemaking experience could craft. From a questionable vintage, this is lovely. Dried rose petals, cranberries, antique wood. Delicious right out of the bottle. Drink now to 2028. Worth Seeking Out.

Very enjoyable and intriguing translucent Barolo. Bright cherry and floral rose notes on the nose. Not overly tannic on the palate so fine to drink relatively early. Excellent!
