Cannot resist putting in a recent critique that got a 94! “Matured Bordeaux red. The nose is full right after opening, very Pauillac, with notes of leather, cedar wood, tobacco, blackcurrant, pomegranate, cherries, plums, a hint of mushroom, also pepper, a wonderful scent. Light on the palate and with elegance, matured to the point, with still present, well-integrated tannins and a strong acidity, the wine shows character and currently drinks like you’re sleeping on a velvet pillow. This is how Bordeaux has to be! Now until 2030+”
